These were part of a postcard collection in a Canadian military museum where I worked as a cataloguer for a short while. They were likely collected by a Canadian soldier serving in WWI who later donated them along with other artefacts. I don't recall any information about the artist or printer, unfortunately. Most war propaganda work was unattributed and I don't know if these were government or privately made. Wish I could be of more help!
